Order Processing

Please allow 2 business days for us to confirm your payment and carefully prepare your order for shipment. We strive to ship all orders the next business day. However, this is not always possible due to the time required to process your payment. Please be assured we will ship your order as soon as possible. At the time of online purchase, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You will receive a second email from us when your order has shipped, and at the same time, you will receive a third email directly from UPS.

Payment Processing

Roamers Brand will not release an order for shipment until payment is confirmed. We currently accept all forms of major credit cards: PayPal, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Typically, payments will clear the next business day.

Occasionally, payment processing can take up to 2 business days or more. Please be advised that Roamers Brand has no control over the time required for payments to be processed and cleared. To ensure prompt payment processing, please follow-up directly with PayPal / Discover/ Visa / MasterCard / Amex regarding your online payment to us.

Term of Shipment

Roamers Brand offers UPS Ground as our preferred US and Canadian carrier for our shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Roamers Brand confirming shipment, and an email with your shipment tracking number.




We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.


Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

The e-mail address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional Roamers Brand news, updates, promotions, related product information, etc. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future e-mails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each e-mail.


We implement security measures that meet or exceed current federal standards to protect the safety of your personal information when you place an order or submit your personal information on our website, but please be aware that no system of transmitting data over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. We process orders via Shopify which allows us to use the information collected for the purposes of product provision, billing, identification and authentication, service improvement, contact, and research. Returns with Roamers are simple! We accept returns on orders shipped within the US and Canada within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please ensure that tags are still intact and that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Please note: Customer pays to ship the goods back to Roamers Distribution at the address provided in our return link. If Customer is processing an exchange, Roamers will return ship free of charge.

Is it easy to return items?
Yes – Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by our Customer Service team, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 30 days may be returned as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • Unworn – Anything beyond trying the apparel on is considered worn.
  • Unwashed – Anything that has been washed will not be accepted as a return.
  • Undamaged – Any products that have been damaged will not be accepted as a return.
  • Unaltered – Any product that has been altered will not be accepted as a return. Original Tags may not be removed from the garments.

What items are non-refundable?
Final Sale – Items marked as final sale may not be returned.
Free Gifts – Promotional items with retail value cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund or store credit.
